Two Superbowl Dips


Blue Cheese - Bacon Dip
1/2 c sour cream
1 (4oz) pkg crumbled Blue cheese
3oz cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 TB finely diced onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Creamy Shrimp Dip
1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
3oz cream cheese, softened
1 8oz carton sour cream
2 TB lemon juice
1 pkg dry Italian dressing salad mix
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 green onions, chopped


For both dips, combine all ingredients in a food processor, or use a hand mixer to cream together. Hold off on the bacon, and the shrimp until the end to incorporate.

Refrigerate both dips for 2 hours before serving.

Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
