bread for toasting
Roma tomatoes (or tomato puree)
good olive oil (Spanish, preferably)
DirectionsToast bread. Make sure it is well tasted with a rough surface.
Peel one third of a garlic clove, leaving skin on other two parts. Rub garlic on one side of toasted bread.
Cut roma tomato in half and rub on bread. If good quality tomatoes aren't available, spread a thin layer of tomato puree on bread (do not use tomato sauce).
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
