1 5lb pot roast or brisket
ground black pepper, to taste
1 TB garlic powder
2 c salsa
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
DirectionsMix marinade ingredients together in a small bowl than pour over pot roast or brisket in a baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, place covered dish with the meat in a 300 degree preheated oven and bake several hours until done.
