1 lb chicken breasts, skinless
1 c sweet chili sauce
1/4 c soy sauce
juice of 2 limes
scallions for garnish
lime wedges for serving
DirectionsIn a bowl, whisk together chili sauce, lime juice and soy sauce. Reserve 1/2 cup for serving sauce. Put chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over, turning to coat. Tightly seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
When ready to grill, heat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 6 minutes per side, occasionally basting with marinade.
Serve with lime wedges and reserved sauce.
