1 Oreo pie crust
1 pkg (16oz) frozen strawberries, thawed
4 oz (half a package) cream cheese, softened
1 large pkg vanilla flavored pudding mix
2 c Cool Whip or other whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 c sliced fresh strawberries
DirectionsIn a blender or food processor, pulse the thawed frozen strawberries until just chopped. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and add pudding mix and stir 2 minutes or until combined and dissolved.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups cool Whip. Pour into Oreo crust and chill at least 2 hours or until set.
When serving, top with remaining Cool Whip and decorate with sliced fresh strawberries.
