Smoked Salmon Crostini


6 oz smoked salmon
1 loaf baguette
6 oz Feta cheese
1 c mixed berries of your choice
4 TB sugar
1 lemon
2 TB butter
1/4 c berry liqueur, such as Crocberry


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice sourdough baguette into thin slices. Place bread slices in oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.

Heat sauce pan on medium heat; stir in butter and sugar; cook for 3-4 minutes. Add mixed berries and liqueur an turn heat to medium-high. Mix slowly and constantly for 5 minutes.

Take off heat and cool for 1 hour. Slice smoked salmon and place on baguette crostini. Top with chilled berry compote and feta cheese for garnish.
