Slow Cooker Pizza Casserole


1 1/2 lbs ground beef
16 oz rigatoni or tube pasta
1 onion, chopped
4 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (15oz) cans pizza sauce
1 can mushroom soup (NOT cream of mushroom)
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
chopped green pepper and/or sliced mushrooms


Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Place meat and pasta in a slow cooker. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low 2 to 3 hours, or high 1 hour until heated through and cheese is completely melted.
