1 pint strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 TB sugar
1c sour cream
2 c heavy cream
4 TB Pinot Noir
DirectionsPlace strawberries in bowl. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, toss and let sit for 15 minutes.
Place strawberries and remaining ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Chill then serve in small cup or bowl as dessert or brunch starter.
Garnish with strawberry slice and/or mint leaf if desired.
