Pumpkin Chili


2 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3 c tomato juice
1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1 TB pumpkin pie spice
1 TB chili powder
1/4 c brown sugar


Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper until beef Is no longer pink and vegetables are softened. Place in a slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or LOW for 2 or more hours and serve.
