Preserved Pork Chops


4 pork chops
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 c preach preserves
1 pkg dry onion soup mix


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season chops with salt and pepper and brown on both sides.

While chops are browning: in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredient.

Place browned chops in a baking dish and top with sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
