Port Cranberry Sauce


1 16-oz bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 c Ruby Port
1 c sugar


Simply mix all ingredients together in a pot and boil, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until cranberries are glazed.
Remove from heat and pour into a serving dish and chill until ready to serve. Or, sauce can be served at room temperatures.
Feel free to garnish with orange zest for a little added "kick."
