Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate Molasses


For the molasses:
pomegranate juice
diced onions
minced garlic
red pepper flakes
soy sauce

Use a 1 to 2 lb pork loin


Combine all glaze (molasses) ingredients … use amounts "to taste."
Simmer until thickened.
Season pork loin with salt and pepper.
cook pork loin at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, then roll in glaze. Cut into slices and drizzle with additional glaze and serve.
