4 pork chops (bone in or boneless)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 TB freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 TB olive oil
1 package Feta cheese with sundried tomatoes and basil
DirectionsStir together garlic, basil, rosemary and pepper and put on a plate.
Squeeze lemon juice onto another plate.
Dip pork chops in lemon juice, both sides, then dip in herb mixture.
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.
Sauté pork chops about 4 minutes per side.
Then sprinkle with Feta cheese, cover and cook for 2 minutes more.
