6 c vegetables of your choice, cut into bite-sized pieces.

DirectionsToss vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, or Duke's seasoning. Spread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top with pre-cooked Polish sausage, into 1" rounds.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the sausages brown and "swell."
