Mexican Steak Soft Tacos


12oz cooked steak, cut into slices
1/2 c sour cream
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c seeded and finely chopped tomatoes
2 c shredded lettuce
4 (10") flour tortillas (or whole wheat tortillas)


Combine sour cream, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
spread each tortilla evenly with the sour cream mixture, leaving a half inch border around edge.
Top with black beans; place steak slices on 1 side of each tortilla.
Top with tomatoes and lettuce. Fold tortillas in half to serve.
