10 lb beef brisket
1 3/4th gallon beef base
½ cup Worcestershire
6 whole cloves
½ tbs of whole black pepper
aluminum foil to cover
DirectionsAdd Worcestershire, cloves, black pepper and beef base to roasting pan.
Braise beef brisket in a large oven roasting pan for 5 to 6 hours, Conventional oven at 350 degrees, fully covered with the aluminum foil.
Be sure to seal the pan. Do not let the brisket get dry on liquid, make sure that it is fully immersed.
