Krumkaka, by Lourine Winkowitsch


1/2 c unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4 eggs lightly beaten with a fork
1 c white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c sifted all purpose flour
2 TB cornstarch
2 TB milk


Beat eggs and sugar together, add melted butter, vanilla, flour and cornstarch. Add gradually, do not overmix with fork. Stir in the milk

Drop by tablespoonful onto heated iron. Time for about 30 seconds, or a bud more - use your best judgment!

Remove, and roll into cone-shape and let cool.
Can fill or eat plain.
