In a Hurry Rotel Potatoes


6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 can diced tomatoes and greens chilies
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 TB dried onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter, melted


Place sliced potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour the tomatoes and green chilies, soup over potatoes.
Sprinkle with dried onion flakes and salt.
Pour butter of all.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour or until potatoes are tender.
