Hot Sausage Balls and Hot Sausage Dip

Hot Sausage Dip:
1 lb ground hot pork sausage
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
corn chips

Sausage Balls:
3 c Bisquick
1 lb ground hot pork sausage
1 package (2 cups worth) shredded Sharp cheddar cheese

For the sausage balls, combine all ingredients. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 400 oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

For the sausage dip, brown sausage until no long pink. Drain excess grease. Combine sausage, tomatoes and chilies and cream cheese in a bowl. For oven baking, pour mixture into a baking dish and top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Alternatively, you can simply simmer over low heat until bubbly. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle cheese on top.
