3/4 c Italian salad dressing
3/4 c honey
1/4 tsp minced garlic
2 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
DirectionsIn a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, honey and garlic; set aside a half cup. Pour remaining marinade into a resealable plastic bag and add the shrimp. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate reserved marinade for basting.
Drain shrimp, discarding marinade from bag. Threat shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
Grill on a lightly-oiled grill rack about 2 minutes per side. Baste with reserved marinade.
