1 1/2 lb ground beef
16 oz can of Southwest corn, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c milk
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp chili powder
DirectionsBrown beef until no longer pink. Drain.
Place beef in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or high for 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with more cheese, if desired.
*NOTE to add more to this dish, you can add the can of corn undrained, a half cup of water then add some macaroni noodles.
