Hash Brown Pizza


1 pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 lb ground beef
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6oz) jar mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 c shredded Colby Jack Cheese


In a large bowl, combine the hash browns and soup. Spread into a greased 15" by 10" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook the beef, celery, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Drain. Add the tomato sauce, mushrooms, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Spread over the crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
