4 TB Dijon mustard
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 c butter, melted
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp fresh minced tarragon, or 1/2 tsp dried
1/2 tsp garlic powder
DirectionsSpread mustard on both sides of chicken and sprinkle with pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Combine butter, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic powder.
Grill chicken over medium high heat. Frequently baste with tarragon butter sauce while cooking.
The cooking process should take 7 to 9 minutes per side.
