Grilled Salmon Dijon


1 c fat-free sour cream
2 tsp dill
3 TB finely chopped green onions
2 TB Dijon mustard
2 TB fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 lb salmon filets
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground pepper
cooking spray, as needed


Whisk sour cream, dill, green onions and lemon juice in a small bowl to blend. Lightly oil baking sheet or aluminum foil with cooking spray. Place salmon on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, then brush generously with the sauce. Grill until opaque and flaky.

Some of the sauce can be basted on the salmon as it cooks. Save a bit of it back and serve with the salmon.
