Grilled Pineapple Pork


1/4 c pineapple juice
2 TB sherry
2 TB soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
dash of salt and pepper
4 pork chops, either bone in or boneless


Combine the pineapple juice, sherry, soy sauce, ginger and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover or transfer to a resealable bag and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until just done.
Serve with grilled pineapple slices and sliced green onions.
