1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 whole yellow onion cubed 1"
1 whole red bell pepper cubed 1"
10-12 whole cherry or grape tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil to prepare the grill
DirectionsIn a large bowl or gallon sized freezer bag, combine cubed beef with all ingredients except the onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
Cover the bowl or seal the bag and set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. (Place the bag on a large plate to prevent leaking from the bag)
Preheat grill and brush oil to prevent sticking.
Place the Kabobs on a large baking sheet and pour the marinade in a small pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and use to baste on the Kabobs to keep them moist and flavorful.
Place skewers on the grill and turn every 4 minutes while basting with cooked marinade for a total of 15 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately!
