Garlic Butter Shrimp



Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c butter
3 TB lemon juice
hot cooked rice

Directions

In a large skillet, sauté the shrimp and garlic in the butter for 5 minutes or until shrimp are no longer pink. Add lemon juice and heat through. Serve with rice.
