2 (8oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c water
1/2 c brandy
1 pint heavy cream
1 graham cracker crust
DirectionsMelt chocolate with water, cool slightly. Add Brandy and cool completely.
Meantime, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into chocolate until well combined.
Pour into graham cracker crust and chill (preferably freeze) until ready to serve.
When serving, decorate with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
