Fajita Pepper Steak


1 1⁄2lbs bottom round steaks
olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2teaspoon onion powder
1⁄2teaspoon ginger
1⁄2teaspoon coriander powder
1⁄2teaspoon celery seed
1⁄2teaspoon cumin
1⁄2chopped red bell pepper
1⁄2chopped green bell pepper
1 small onion, sliced


Coat skillet with olive oil.
Thinly slice bottom round into strips and season with all spices.
Heat skillet to med-high and fry beef strips until tender. Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
Serve over brown rice, or with tortillas.
