Easy Rum Balls


1 pkg (16oz) sandwich cookies (any flavor or frosting)
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
3/4 c powdered sugar
2 TB light corn syrup
3 oz rum


Crush sandwich cookies into crumbs in food processor.

In a bowl, combine crumbled cookies, powdered sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and rum. Mix until a soft dough forms that does not stick to the fingers; if it's sticky, add more powdered sugar. If it's too dry, add a touch more corn syrup.

When dough is of the consistency you want, pinch off dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Coat with additional powdered sugar, hot chocolate drink powder, cocoa or cinnamon.
