4 pork chops, seasoned with salt and pepper
1 c uncooked rice
3/4 c orange juice
1/4 c water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
in a large, heavy skillet sauté the chops in their own fat until browned on both sides.
Place rice in the bottom of a flat baking dish. Add the next 3 ingredients. Arrange the pork chops on top and cover with the soup. Bake, covered, for 1 hour until the chops are tender. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer.
