3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 c finely diced onion
1 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes, onion and celery, undrained
2 TB dill pickle relish
DirectionsBrown ground beef and drain excess fat. Sauté onion with beef until softened. Add cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add tomatoes and relish, stir to combine thoroughly and cook until thickened.
Transfer to a small crock or bowl and serve with corn chips.
