Easy Cheese Ball with Corned Beef


1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 c shredded cooked corn beef (or canned)
1 tsp prepared horseradish


In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients by hand. Roll mixture into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

Just before serving, roll ball in herbs and spices, if desired, for added flavor and color.

Serve with crackers.
