2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c butter
1/4 c white wine
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 TB minced fresh parsley
1 TB fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
dash of red pepper flakes
DirectionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small saucepan, combine the butter with the remaining ingredients. Heat until the butter has melted.
Arrange shrimp in shallow baking dish. Pour butter mixture on top and bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Serve with rice or pasta.
