Crockpot Beef Bourignon


1 1/2 lb cubed steak
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 c sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c beef broth
1/2 c dry red wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg egg noodles, prepared (or rice)


Add cubed steak to crockpot.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Pour wine, broth and Worcestershire into crockpot. Top evenly with cream of mushroom soup. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 3 to 5 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
