Corn Spoon Bread


1 (8oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can (8oz) cream corn
1 can (8oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, softened
1 c sour cream
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ingredients well. Pour into a 9x9 inch greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve with honey, if desired.
