1 (16oz) bottle of Catalina dressing
1 3-4lb chick roast or stew meat
1 c water
2 onions, finely chopped
1 (4oz) can mushrooms, drained
2 potatoes, quartered or diced
DirectionsBrown meat in a little oil then place in slow cooker. Add Catalina dressing, water, onions and mushrooms. Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.
Add potatoes and cook another 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
