Bourbon Pecan Pie


1 9" pie crust
4 eggs
2 c dark corn syrup
2 TB bourbon
2 TB butter, melted
1 1/2 c chopped walnuts (or pecans, if you wish)


Beat eggs for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
**IMPORTANT** the pie must be completely cooled before slicing
