1/2 c bread crumbs
⅓ cup fresh or frozen and thawed blueberries
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
12 ounces ground beef
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
DirectionsPlace all ingredients in bowl and mix by hand. Form into patties and refrigerate a few hours before grilling, if possible.
Grill on a preheated hot grill, 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve on a high quality bun.
