Beef Taco Skillet


1 lb lean ground beef
1 (10oz) can tomato soup
1/2 c salsa
1/2 c water
6 (6 inch) tortillas
1 c cheddar cheese


Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain excels grease.
Cut tortillas into 1" pieces.
Add tortillas and remaining ingredients to beef. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.
Serve with a healthy salad or avocado.
Can top with sliced green onion or more cheddar cheese.
