Beef Burgers with Mango Salsa


1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 TB Caribbean jerk seasoning, or Montreal Steak seasoning
1 large mango, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 TB chopped fresh cilantro
1 TB chopped green onion
1 TB finely chopped, seeded jalapeno pepper
1 TB fresh lime juice


Combine ground beef and seasoning in a bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly, form into patties and put on the grill.
Grill over medium high heat until done, 3 or 4 minutes per side.
Remove and keep warm.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve burgers with salsa.
