Baked Cranberry Chicken


6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 can cranberry sauce (jelled or whole)
3/4 cup French dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish prepared with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, French dressing and onion soup mix. Pour over the chicken and place in the oven.
Cook for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
Serve with rice, if desired.
