Avocado and Strawberry Bruschetta


8 slices baguette
2 avocados
freshly ground pepper
juice of 1/2 lime
8 thin slices strawberry
blue cheese crumbles


Spray baguette with cooking spray and bake on a baking sheet until lightly toasted.

Mash avocados with pepper and lime juice. Spread on toasted baguette slices then top with thin slices of strawberry. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and serve immediately.
