Steak and Swiss Stuffed Burgers:
2 TB horseradish (prepared)
3 TB steak sauce
4 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Burgers:
4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
BBQ Gouda Stuffed Burgers:
4 TB barbecue sauce
3 oz gouda cubed
DirectionsFor the BBQ Gouda and Bacon and Cheddar burgers, make an indentation in one burger patty, generously fill the cavity with the stuffing ingredients, top with another patty and crimp and seal the edges, then grill on high heat, 3 to 5 minutes per side until done.
For the Steak and Swiss burgers, combine the horseradish and steak sauce, and work into the ground beef before making the patties. Evenly distribute the Swiss cheese on one patty then top with another patty, seal and grill 3 to 5 minutes per side until done.
