3 Packet Chuck Eye Roast


1 cup water
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 (.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
1 (3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast


Mix the three packet ingredients together with the water.
Place roast in slow cooker and pour mixture over roast.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until fork-tender.

To speed up cooking time, brown both sides of roast in olive oil before placing in the slow cooker.

Also, you can cook on high for 3 to 4 hours for similar results.
