3 Bean Frito Salad


1 small red onion, chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 c Catalina dressing
10.5 oz bag of Fritos


Combine fresh vegetables in a bowl. Drain and rinse beans and add to vegetables. Stir in Catalina dressing. Marinate for a few hours for best flavor. Stir in Fritos right before serving.
