RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - Exercising on the go can be difficult but it is possible.
Personal trainer specialist Carol White shows a full body workout that can be done anytime and anyplace. According to White, the key to working out while traveling is to try and fit something in, where it is for five minutes or 10 minutes and you do not have to hit the gym.
“You don’t really need equipment, just your own body weight, “said White. “When you are doing squats it’s a full lower body workout, you are hitting every muscle down below, when you do a push op you are working out you r upper body.”
