RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - For the third year in a row, the Peep Diorama Contest is taking place at the Rapid City Public Library.
The 27 entries covered scenes from history, pop culture, fairy tales and the Black Hills.
For the first time the entries are divided into three age ranges, but each has the chance to win a Peep-le's Choice Award.
The Outreach Services Coordinator for the Rapid City Public Library, Laurinda Tapper, said the creativity for the entries has grown every year. The leap this year was including lights into the display.
Voting is open to the public until the March 31, with awards given out at the beginning of April.
