Get a sandwich on wheels when the weather gets warm

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - Philly Ted's trades its North Lacrosse Street location, for a food truck.

Philly Ted's food truck started to make it's way around Rapid City in December. The truck has a limited menu so you might not find all of your favorites, but the manager says it's a good place to stop by on a lunch break. Of course with the colder weather the truck is currently in storage, but you can stop by the restaurant on Main Street for now. The staff hope during warmer weather they can load up the truck and bring sandwiches to more people in the area.

"Like to do like the fair and Summer Nights and stuff like that around town so. We got big hopes for it like I said, it's just kinda the weather right now. Nobody really want's to stand outside when it's five degrees out so," says general manager Josh Amundson.

If the weather is nice enough the manager hopes they can take the truck out on Wednesday and Saturday. You can visit Philly Ted's Facebook for more information.
