RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - This week’s cutest pets of the week are Ruger and Watson. Ruger is 11-years-old and Watson is four and a half-years-old. Their fun fact is Ruger hangs out on the couch and Watson hangs out on Ruger.
